Shrink & Stretch's dedicated service department is staffed by our qualified engineers with direct packaging equipment knowledge, also at Shrink & Stretch our experience, design ability in a range of related fields can help other aspects of your engineering requirements and sometimes proves essential.

All members of staff in the Shrink & Stretch service department are constantly updated and trained to recognised industry standards and capable of providing;

• Machinery set-up & re-locating.
• Made to measure solutions.
• Technical advice concerning packaging.
• Training and support.

Within the service department a dedicated office co-ordinates all elements of Shrink & Stretch after-sales support which, apart from on-site or back-to-base machine servicing, also extends to machine diagnostics, operator training, and regular service visits.
