Automatic wrapping machine equipped of the Welding Group Total Close for the completely covering of the package: head and tail. The 200A is particularly suitable for bulky products, with independent display panel board to program all functions of machine. Possibility of custom programming. Machine supplied with welding tail group for hooking, cutting and welding the film tail.

The welding group works with stretch film rolls, pluriball. of length 1500 mm.

Display panel board to program the following functions:

• start wrapping position and end wrapping position;
• number of film revolutions at start and end cycle;
• special functions on demand.

Wrapping Programs: 1) continuous, 2) head-tail and 3) distance wrapping.

Other default features: inverter for adjusting the conveyors speed Inverter for adjusting the ring speed, spool carriage with quick release arbor, mechanical clutch for film tightening. Inlet and outlet top self-adjustables pressure units to hold the product.

All machines are supplied with interface for a perfect work in production lines, separation package, inlet and outlet management.
