Automatic wrapping machine equipped with the longitudinal Welding Group (Total Close) for the perfect covering of the head-tail product particularly suitable for products where the demand is a higher production speed.

With independent display panel board to program all functions of machine. Possibility of custom programming. Machine supplied with welding tail group for hooking, cutting and welding the film tail. Wrapping with filmroll stretch film PE or PB Pluriball for a better shock protection.

Display panel board to program the following functions:

• start wrapping position and end wrapping position;
• number of film revolutions at start and end cycle;
• special functions on demand.

Wrapping Programs: 1) continuous, 2) head - tail and 3) distance wrapping.

Other default features: inverter for adjusting the conveyors speed and the ring speed, spool carriage with quick release arbor, mechanical clutch for film tightening. Inlet and outlet top self-adjustables pressure units to hold the product.

All machines are supplied with interface for a perfect work in production lines, separation package, inlet and outlet management.
